The Eugene Symphony in Oregon has announced three new staff members: STEPHANIE DOMURAT, marketing and communications director; TEGAN DeBOLT, development and fundraising manager; and MARY SCARPINATO, finance and administrative director.

Before joining the Eugene Symphony, Stephanie Domurat was an evening anchor at KMTR-TV, the NBC affiliate in Eugene, where she won a regional Emmy Award for her work as a journalist. Tegan DeBolt started her career in Sydney, Australia, where she studied cross-cultural management and international business at Macquarie University. She goes to the Eugene Symphony after working in Lexington, Kentucky’s nonprofit community for six years at the Lexington Philharmonic, the Kentucky Environmental Foundation, and the Markey Cancer Foundation.

Mary Scarpinato has a BS in finance from the University of Maryland and over 20 years’ experience in accounting, including as chief financial officer for an endowment with offices in New York City and Hong Kong. In her career, she has revamped business processes for efficiency, implemented accounting software transitions, and restructured departments. She has worked in the franchise and hospitality industries, as well as in not-for-profit accounting. She was finance director for Head Start of Lane County in Oregon before joining the Eugene Symphony.
