The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra has announced four staff appointments: REBECCA CAIN, director of production; ALI HOLLENBECK, house production manager; RYAN KREISER, patron services coordinator; and LISA LaFLEUR, director of program development.

Rebecca Cain, director of production, was most recently vice president of artistic production and personnel at the Tucson Symphony Orchestra. Before taking on that job in 2012 she had been the orchestra’s personnel manager, and initially joined the TSO in 2000 as second bassoonist. She earned bachelor’s degrees in bassoon performance and in religion from Oberlin College, and a master’s in music from Arizona State University.

Ali Hollenbeck, house production manager, was formerly education programs manager at the Tucson Symphony Orchestra. She holds a master’s degree in administration-music from Florida State University, where she also received a bachelor’s degree in music-liberal studies with a minor in British studies.

Ryan Kreiser, patron services coordinator, earned a bachelor’s degree in arts management from Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. He had earlier studied trumpet at IU’s Jacobs School of Music and performed in several of the school’s orchestras, wind ensembles, and jazz groups.

Lisa LaFleur, named to the newly created post of director of program development, goes to the LPO from California, where she was programs manager for the multi-disciplinary presenting organization Stanford Live. LaFleur has also held production posts at the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera, Opus 3 Artists, and Columbia Artists Management Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in vocal music education from Loyola University in New Orleans and a master’s in opera performance from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
