The Paducah (Ky.) Symphony Orchestra has announced the appointment of GINA LEEPER as development director. Her background includes over 20 years in nonprofit planning and management and more than a decade of experience in development, most recently as development manager at Baptist Health Foundation. Leeper holds a degree in business management from Kentucky’s Mid-Continent University.
