In connection with a Transformation Plan outlined at its annual meeting in January, the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra has announced the promotion of three staff members, all to newly created posts within the organization: J. ANDREW CASSANO from director of artistic operations to vice president of artistic operations; NANCY GOLDSMITH ZAWACKI from marketing director to vice president of marketing and communications; and KRISHNA THIAGARAJAN from director of education and community programs to senior director for resource development and education programs.
