JOHN MORRIS RUSSELL has signed an agreement with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra extending his tenure as conductor for an additional five years beginning in the 2014-15 season. He has led the Cincinnati Pops since September of 2011. Russell is also music director and principal conductor of the Hilton Head (S.C.) Symphony Orchestra, conductor laureate of the Windsor (Ontario) Symphony, and a frequent guest at orchestras throughout North America.
