California’s New West Symphony has announced that MARCELO LEHNINGER will conclude his tenure as music director at the end of the 2015-16 season. He made his first appearance with the orchestra in January 2011 and assumed the role of music director in September 2012. Lehninger was presented with the League of American Orchestras’ Helen M. Thompson Award in 2014 for outstanding work as an early-career music director.
