RIMMA BERGERON-LANGLOIS has been named concertmaster of the Orlando (Fla.) Philharmonic Orchestra. She was most recently associate concertmaster at the Syracuse (N.Y.) Symphony Orchestra, and has served as concertmaster of Switzerland’s Verbier Festival Orchestra and associate concertmaster of the New Orleans-based Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra. Bergeron-Langlois has also performed with the Detroit and Toledo symphony orchestras. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in violin performance from New England Conservatory.
