Santa Rosa (Cal.) Symphony Director of Education Ben Taylor has announced results of the SRS’s search for conductors of its entry-level and intermediate student orchestras. TRISTAN ARNOLD, currently pursuing a master’s degree in conducting from San Francisco State University, will lead the Preparatory Orchestra. The intermediate-level Discovery Orchestra will be directed by BOBBY ROGERS, who holds a bachelor’s degree in music education and jazz performance from Sonoma State University and a master’s in wind conducting from Sacramento State University.
