Attorney DONALD H. MESSINGER has been elected to a three-year term as chairman of the Cleveland Pops Orchestra in Ohio. A member of the orchestra’s board since 2006, Messinger is a partner in the Cleveland office of Thompson Hine LLP, where he works in the transactions and securities group and is a member of firm’s executive committee.
