BRIAN HARWOOD has been elected chairman of the Vermont Symphony Orchestra’s Governing Board of Directors. A longtime member of the VSO board, he is a veteran radio broadcaster currently serving as morning host on WCVT Classic Vermont. A 1960 graduate of the University of Vermont, Harwood is a member of the Vermont Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame and has served on the boards of numerous Vermont organizations including Vermont Public Television and Northfield Savings Bank.
