Pulitzer Prize-winning composer, conductor, and educator Tania León received a Kennedy Center Honor for her lifetime achievements this weekend. But she’s not one to rest on her laurels, and is continuing to create new music, connect with audiences and orchestras, and break new artistic ground, as the Washington Post reports. The Kennedy Center Honors will be broadcast on December 28.
