David Pratt.
The Classical Tahoe Music Festival & Institute in North Lake Tahoe, Nevada, has named David Pratt as executive director. Pratt most recently served as CEO and executive director of the Austin Symphony Orchestra. During his time with the Austin Symphony, he achieved record-breaking single ticket sales, launched new artistic initiatives, increased annual development revenue, and led change throughout the organization. Pratt has over 20 years of leadership and management experience across the performing arts and film industries in the U.S. and Australia. Prior to the Austin Symphony Orchestra, Pratt served as the executive director of the Savannah Music Festival in Georgia and the chief executive officer of the Queensland Symphony Orchestra in Australia. He has also held executive positions with California’s Santa Barbara Symphony Orchestra and the Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus, and has held leadership positions with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and Australian Festival of Chamber Music.
