The League is seeking up to seven young leaders with imagination, ambition, and discipline who are ready to be inspired and challenged. The Emerging Leaders Program is a two-year program for those who want to be a driving force in the future of America’s orchestras.
The Emerging Leaders Program will take natural-born leaders and help them reach their potential through formal leadership and organizational development curriculum and mentoring, while they design a project that benefits his or her orchestra.
