Emeritus board member Wally Knox told of how classical music was played in his home as a child. Knox relived the Eiji Oue years at the Philharmonic…. Longtime board member Geri Cicchetti wrote about [supporting] the Phil’s program of donating pianos to children who wouldn’t otherwise experience the joy of music. Board member and volunteer Judy Emling offered a photo collage of her involvement with the Phil…. Others who have contributed include Ken Heinlein, principal tuba, giving insight on ‘American Orchestra Music;’ Beth Etter, keyboardist, gave her take on ‘The Mouse;’ and violinists Karen Ferren, Lou Nicolia and Alex Hettings contributed pieces including ‘Moments in Time,’ ‘Fiddlin’ Around’ and ‘My Top 10 Favorites.’ ”
