There are just three more weeks to submit your volunteer project to Gold Book Online by September 1, 2011. To be considered for an award at the 2012 National Conference, your volunteer projects must have been held between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011. Our goal at Gold Book Online is to create a complete national resource of successful volunteer projects. Every submission received is included in Gold Book Online, which contains a brief description of successful projects dating back to 2005. Gold Book Online facilitates easy networking and information sharing opportunities between volunteer organizations.

The Gold Book Online form has been designed to be used as a project reporting tool, as well as the League’s annual awards submission form. Volunteer organizations are encouraged to use the form for end-of-year reporting by their project committees. After the project report has been accepted, it can easily be used to complete the League’s Gold Book Online submission form and submitted for a possible award.

You must submit using the online form but we recommend you copy and paste to the final form from a Word document you have prepared initially. Please find links to two Gold Book Online submission forms, one for typing online, the other for print out, that may be used to facilitate and standardize your end-of-year reporting and your submission.
