Jonah Nigh, incoming vice president and chief advancement officer at the Juilliard school.

Jonah Nigh has been appointed as vice president and chief advancement officer of the Juilliard conservatory. Nigh will join Juilliard in early August, succeeding Alexandra Wheeler, who departs after five years at Juilliard. Nigh goes to Juilliard from the New School, where he was senior vice president of development and alumni engagement and led strategic fundraising, institutional advancement, alumni engagement, corporate, and foundation relations. Previously, Nigh served at the Jewish Museum, where he held several roles before being promoted to chief development officer. Other roles have included positions at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Columbia University, Opera America, and Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts, among other institutions. Nigh earned his undergraduate degree in vocal performance at Lawrence University in Wisconsin and a Master of Music from the New England Conservatory.
