Conducted by Franz Welser-Möst, the musicians will perform Schubert’s “Unfinished” Symphony No. 8 and Tchaikovsky’s (“Pathétique”) Symphony No. 6Future programs in the series include the Philadelphia Orchestra on Feb. 17 and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra on Feb. 28.… The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra presents its second Resonate festival Feb. 16, 18 and 20 at The Plaza Live [Orlando Philharmonic] Artist-in-Residence Anthony McGill will solo with the orchestra’s musicians in a series of concerts across the three nights. The New York Times has praised the clarinetist for his playing’s trademark brilliance, penetrating sound and rich character. In between performances each night, there’s time to mix and mingle at the bar’s social hour. The second concert each night is an intimate performance of chamber music.”
