Last week, the music world lost a legendary figure: composer, conductor, and pianist Marvin Hamlisch. In light of his passing, several orchestras and business partners have expressed their desire to include a tribute ad to Mr. Hamlisch in Symphony magazine.
We hope you will join them in celebrating his life and contributions to the orchestra field in a special tribute section to Mr. Hamlisch that we’ve decided to include in the fall issue of Symphony. Certainly Symphony’s annual Pops issue is a fitting venue to recognize Marvin Hamlisch’s manifold accomplishments at pops and Broadway concerts with orchestras nationwide.
We apologize for the short turn-around, but to be included in the special section you must reserve your tribute space by August 16. Artwork is due August 23. Please find special ad sizes and rates here. These rates only apply to Marvin Hamlisch Tribute ads.
To reserve your space for a Marvin Hamlisch Tribute ad, please email Meghan Whitbeck with the desired ad size or any questions.
