The concert will kick off the 20th season for BSO Music Director Beverly Everett. It will feature guest artists Michael Cartwright on trumpet and vocals and Cydney McQuillan-Grace on vocals…. The BSO also will perform an Olympic Fanfare and music from ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ and ‘The Lion King.’ Saturday’s show marks the first of seven performances by the BSO this coming year. Subsequent concerts are scheduled for Oct. 13, Nov. 17, Dec. 3, Feb. 16, March 30 and May 11…. ‘I’m always excited about every season,’ Everett said, ‘but this year we’re doing a lot of great repertoire that I have not done in Bemidji since I’ve been there. So I always look forward to these new adventures. I really like the way that the season is rounded out.’ ”
