KRISTINE SPENSIERI has been named interim executive director of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra in New York City, after serving as the organization’s chief financial officer since 2006. Orpheus has established a search committee led by Vice Chairman Thomas Bishop to identify a permanent successor to KRISHNA THIAGARAJAN, who recently stepped down as executive director to assume a post as chief executive of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra.
