The Board of Directors of Virginia’s Fairfax Symphony Orchestra has elected WARREN MARTIN as chairman, effective July 1, 2011. Martin is a partner at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, an accounting firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
