CHARLOTTE WOODS has been elected board president of the Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestras in Madison, Wis., following a term as first vice president of the organization. Woods is a former executive at Covance Laboratories, from which she retired in 2008, and had earlier held an executive post at Wisconsin Power & Light.
