On Wednesday, March 18, Utah Symphony | Utah Opera President and CEO Melia Tourangeau will testify before the U.S. House Subcommittee on the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies to call for support for the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) as Congress considers FY16 funding levels.
