The deadline is May 31 for composers and librettists to submit scores for Fort Worth Opera’s fourth annual “Frontiers” program of new and in-progress operas, to be presented in April-May 2016. Six to eight composer-librettist teams will be in residence for the showcase, during which they will participate in rehearsals and post-performance discussions with panelists and audience members, received feedback from the jury panel, and have their work recorded. “Frontiers” is open to composers and librettists from North, South, and Central America.
