Arizona’s Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra has announced that Artistic Director and Conductor ELIZABETH SCHULZE will conclude her tenure with the FSO at the end of her current contract, which runs through 2016-17. She has led the orchestra since the 2013-14 season. In a statement, Schulze said she was “looking forward to returning to an active guest conducting schedule along with my ongoing duties as music director of the Maryland Symphony Orchestra.” The FSO Board of Directors is forming a committee to search for her successor.
