Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is live-streaming eleven of its summer concerts from the Lincoln Center Out of Doors series and Mostly Mozart Festival, through August 17. All concerts will be streamed at LincolnCenter.org/LC-Live, with Mostly Mozart Festival streams also being live-streamed at medici.tv. The five Mostly Mozart Festival video webcasts represent the festival’s first free live streams. On July 29 at 10pm ET, the Mostly Mozart Festival will stream a performance of piano-four-hands music by Brahms and Schumann, featuring Emanuel Ax, Orion Weiss, and Anna Polonsky. Mostly Mozart Festival concert streams are also scheduled for August 5 (cellist Sol Gabetta and pianist Ilya Yakushev in music by Rachmaninoff and Servais); August 7 (Danish String Quartet performing music by Mozart, Beethoven, and Adès); August 13 (International Contemporary Ensemble and pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard in music by Dai Fujikura); and August 17 (Pierre-Laurent Aimard in a recital of Mozart, Chopin, Boulez, Ligeti, and George Benjamin). Musicians and bands featured in the Lincoln Center Out of Doors series include Randy Newman, AFROPUNK, Lyle Lovett, Wycliffe Gordon, the Muscle Shoals, Bettye LaVette, Fiona Apple, and Sean & Sara Watkins of Nickel Creek.
