JAMIE BENNETT has been appointed president of the Ojai Music Festival in California, effective October 19. For the past six years he has served as chief operating officer at Southern California Institute of Architecture in Los Angeles. Prior posts include CEO of worldwide productions for London-based Pearson Television; CEO of ACI television in Los Angeles; senior vice president of Buena Vista TV Productions in Burbank, Calif.; and general manager of KCBS-TV in Los Angeles. Bennett holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California-Berkeley.
