Barrett Artists in New York City has announced the retirement of MARY LYNN FIXLER as senior vice president, effective June 1, 2016. She joined the firm, then known as Herbert Barrett Management, in 1987. Fixler had previously worked at the Judd Concert Bureau, and began her career in 1958 at Columbia Artists Management, working with such artists as violinist Zino Francescatti, pianists Rudolf Serkin and Robert Casadesus, and vocalists Eileen Farrell and Richard Tucker.
