JUNG-HO PAK’s contract as artistic director and conductor of the Cape Symphony, in Hyannis, Massachusetts, has been extended for five years. Pak joined the orchestra in 2007. In addition to leading classic scores as well as pops concerts, Pak seeks to reinvigorate the classics and introduce audiences to new works, new artists, and new approaches through his Masterpiece programs. Pak is also involved with the orchestra’s youth arts and music education programs, including Music Memory, the Young People’s Concert, and the Cape Youth Orchestra.
