California’s Youth Orchestras of Fresno has announced the appointment of JULIA COPELAND as executive director. She goes to Fresno from the Musical Arts Youth Orchestra in Bloomington, Ind., where she served in the same capacity. R. EMETERIO CASTRO has been elected president of the YOF. Owner of Castro Accountancy, he has served on the orchestra’s board for the past year.
