DIANE WITTRY, music director of the Allentown (Pa.) Symphony Orchestra, has been named to an additional post as artistic director of the International Cultural Exchange Program for Classical Musicians, a new venture established in association with the Sarajevo Philharmonic in Bosnia. In her role as artistic director Wittry will select musicians from the United States to participate in the program and will also conduct concerts by the Sarajevo Philharmonic.
