As a board leader, we know how invested you are in the success of your orchestra. We would like to invite you to participate in Strategy Sessions for Board Chairs, six phone calls that will connect you to your peers, facilitated by a seasoned board chair. Once a month for 60 minutes, you will network, share, and gain insight into:
• Does your board provide effective leadership for these times?
• Understanding your financial position from a long-term perspective
• Are you happy with your current audience numbers? Effective and creative ways to broaden your audience base
• Maximizing your effectiveness as a board chair
Your facilitator will be Cate Moye, former board chair of Spokane Symphony Orchestra and League board member, who will help guide the conversation and offer expert governance advice and guidance. The call schedule is 1:00 to 2:00pm ET on September 13, September 27, October 18, October 25, November 8, and November 29.
