The job of a volunteer leader is multi-faceted and critical to an organization’s success. The webinar, The 3 R’s of Leadership focuses on 3 fundamental building blocks of good leadership: roles, responsibilities, and resources.
Participants will learn about the leader’s role as visionary, communicator, motivator, facilitator, mentor, manager, and steward and how to excel in these various roles. Also included are resources and activities for further leadership development.
Facilitated by Elaine Cousins, past president of the Illinois Symphony Orchestra Guild of Bloomington-Normal and a member of the League of American Orchestras’ Volunteer Council, and Aaron Nurick, chairman of the Boston Symphony Association of Volunteers and a member of the League of American Orchestras’ Volunteer Council, this webinar is offered free to League members and available on-demand.
