The Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association has announced the appointment of STACIE FRANK as vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 11. Frank will serve as a member of the association’s senior management team and as assistant treasurer, an officer of the CSOA board. She will lead the general areas of finance, investments, and information technology, with responsibilities including accounting, finance, forecasting and expense planning, financing of capital improvements, new business analysis, and pension, bond, and endowment management. Frank joins the CSOA after fourteen years with Exelon Corp., where she most recently served as senior vice president and treasurer. Frank earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration and finance from Villanova University and a master of business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In 2014, Frank was named to the annual listing of “40 Under 40” in Crain’s Chicago Business.
