KENDRIA PERRY-MADDEN has been appointed administrative director of the Illinois Council of Orchestras. She worked previously for the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra in the field of corporate development. Perry-Madden received a bachelor’s degree in piano from the North Carolina School of the Arts and a Master of Arts Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University. In January 2010 she furthered her training as a participant in the League of American Orchestras’ Essentials of Orchestra Management seminar.
