California’s Santa Barbara Symphony has announced the appointment of SUSAN ANDERSON as director of operations and artistic administration. Her extensive career in orchestra management has included positions with the New York Philharmonic, The Cleveland Orchestra, the Boston Pops, and the Baltimore, Detroit, Pacific, and Memphis symphonies. From 2007 to 2011 she served as producer of California’s Ojai Music Festival. Anderson is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and Johns Hopkins University.
