DAVID NISCHWITZ has been promoted to vice president of marketing at the St. Louis Symphony. He first joined the staff in 2010 as marketing manager, returned to the orchestra in 2014 as director of marketing, and was promoted to senior director of marketing in the summer of 2015. Nischwitz had previously held marketing and public relations positions with the Phoenix and Memphis symphony orchestras. A 2009 alumnus of the League of American Orchestras’ Orchestra Management Fellowship Program, he holds a master’s degree in flute performance from Arizona State University.
