The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra has announced a five-year renewal of JACK EVERLY’s contract as principal pops conductor, through the end of the 2016-17 season. He has held the post since 2003, and also holds the title of principal pops conductor at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, the Naples (Fla.) Philharmonic Orchestra, and the National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa, Ontario. Everly was recently selected by PBS as music director of its National Memorial Day and Capitol Fourth concerts.
