RICARDO MORALES, who was to have officially joined the New York Philharmonic as principal clarinet in September 2012, has resigned his position. For family reasons he has chosen to remain in Philadelphia, where he holds the Leslie Miller and Richard Worley Chair as principal clarinet of The Philadelphia Orchestra.
