The Rochester (N.Y.) Philharmonic Orchestra has announced a three-year renewal of JEFF TYZIK’s contract as principal pops conductor, extending his tenure through the 2018-19season, his 25th with the orchestra. Tyzik also holds the principal pops conductor post at the Dallas, Detroit, Oregon, and Seattle symphonies and the Florida Orchestra.
