The Board of Directors of the Boulder (Colo.) Philharmonic Orchestra has elected KYLE HECKMAN to a three-year term as president. He succeeds DAVID FULKER, who has stepped down as president following an eight-year tenure. Heckman, president of Flatirons Bank since November 2009, is a violinist, arts patron, certified ski instructor, and vice president for programs at the Mile High chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association. He holds a B.A. in economics, a B.S. in business administration, and an MBA from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Heckman is a 2005 graduate of the League of American Orchestras’ Essentials of Orchestra Management course.
