RICHARD K. DAVIS has been elected board chair of the Minnesota Orchestral Association, succeeding JACK W. EUGSTER. Davis is chairman, president, and CEO of U.S. Bancorp, and has served on the Orchestral Association’s Board of Directors since 2002. He also serves on boards for the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, YMCA, Financial Services Roundtable, Financial Services Forum, the University of San Diego, and Xcel Energy.
