The Ojai (Calif.) Music Festival Board of Directors has named DAVID NYGREN president to succeed J.M. MORRIS, who continues to serve on the board’s executive committee. Nygren, a member of the board since 2011, is founder and CEO of Nygren Consulting LLC, which specializes in mergers and acquisitions, board effectiveness, organizational strategy, and executive competency assessment. He was formerly executive vice president of DePaul University, where he taught organizational theory and design, leadership, and corporate governance in the psychology department.
