North Carolina’s Greensboro Symphony Orchestra has announced three outdoor concerts on June 5, June 11, and June 19 at the White Oak Amphitheatre at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. The first concert on June 5 will feature the orchestra performing with the Asheville-based bluegrass sextet Steep Canyon Rangers. On June 11, the orchestra, led by Brent Havens, will be joined by a rock band and vocalist Brody Dolniuk to perform The Music of The Rolling Stones: Mick Jagger and Keith Richards 1969, marking the 50th anniversary of the albums Beggar’s Banquet and Let It Bleed. On June 19, vocalist Jim Curry and the orchestra will perform Rocky Mountain High: A Tribute to John Denver.
