Culture—effective culture—is an essential ingredient for the successful, impactful influential organization. On Thursday, June 20, Lisa Brown Alexander, president and CEO of Nonprofit HR, will lead a League of American Orchestras webinar that will show League members how to cultivate the skills necessary to manage people effectively. The “Why Culture Matters to Mission” webinar will explore five universal truths of organizational culture and why it matters to your mission. You will also learn key strategies needed to evaluate what your organization’s culture is doing to your mission and the three key steps needed to make critical culture change. A benefit of League membership, the session is for members who are in leadership positions that have the ability to influence and drive culture at their organizations. Lisa Brown Alexander, a presenter familiar to many members for her appearances at League meetings and conferences, will lead the webinar and take questions.
