The parents of the children we feature each week have relinquished their parental rights.” One recent video, focusing on a 15-year-old music-lover named Kayla, includes footage of her at a Boise Philharmonic children’s concert, chatting with principal keyboardist Del Parkinson and music director Robert Franz.
